Delhi the capital of India is a fascinating city with complexities and contradiction, beauty and dynamism, where the past co-exists with the present. Many dynasties ruled from here and the city is rich in the architecture of its monuments. Delhi is not only the present metropolis of India but also a necropolis located on the bank of the river Yamuna Delhi has witnessed the rise and fall of many cities over the last five millennia.

Early morning leave for New Delhi rly station to connect train for Haridwar depart at 6.50 am arrival at 11.40 am, on arrival transfer to ashram Shiv Shakti Peeth, Haridwar is located Bank on the holy river Ganga 220 km north from Delhi. Haridwar is a Spiritual city like Varanasi, due to Holy River Ganga & the biggest festival in the world called Maha Kumbha Mela which accord every 12 years in 4 holy cities in India.

After breakfast leave for Rishikesh, on arrival visit the ashram of Shivanada & Ram Julla, afternoon free, in the evening attend the Ganga Arti ( Pujja) at Trivani Ghat, dinner at hotel.
This twin city of Haridwar, situated at the confluence of the Chandrabagha and the Ganges, marks the starting point of the holy Char Dham pilgrim route. Muni-Ki-Reti (Literally “Sand of the Sages”), lies upstream from the Trivani Ghat, and is said to be a blessed site since ancient sages meditated at this spot. It has several famous ashrams, including the Shivanand, Purnanand and Shantikunj ashrams, which offer courses in India’s ancient knowledge system.

Morning Yoga with Indian teacher, after breakfast leave for Vasistha Guha Vasistha Guha, on the bus route of Badrinath, from the main road one has to walks down about 100 yards to reach Vasistha Guha. It is located in calm natural surroundings on the bank of the river Ganga. There is a 100 yards long cave, terminating at the riverbed. If we manage to cover about 100ft into the cave, we find a lingam to which daily pooja is performed. Beyond this point, the cave is since sealed, fearing that wild animals may take shelter. Religious chantings and pooja are done with intense devotion. It is a daily feature lasting for nearly 4 hours, where upon there is a community feeding in which the Ashram chief also participates. Swami Purushottamananda who found the Ashram, since he has attained the samadhi. His disciple Swami Chaitanyananada is taking care of the Ashram, fostering the ideals of his Guru with great devotion.

Morning Yoga with Indian teacher, after breakfast leave for Dehradun, capital of Uttarakhand, where we will visit the ashram of Anandamayi Ma and the Tibetan monastery, late afternoon droop Dehradun rly station to connect train for New Delhi depart at 17:00 pm and arrie at 22:45 pm, On arrival transfer to hotel.

After breakfast transfer to International airport.
